Event Overview
- Date: 16 September 2023

This event is the 8th session of Connect Talks: A Space for Living Together, an ongoing dialogue series organized by ADI.
What to Expect
When you hear the word “refugee,” what comes to mind? Statistics, news images, unfamiliar names, perhaps. Whether you have encountered refugees before or simply find yourself unsure how to engage, feeling a little nervous is completely understandable.
This event is about closing that gap a little. Instead of policies or numbers, you will hear the story of one person, then another, and have the chance to speak honestly with them in return.
