- Immediate enactment of an Anti-Discrimination Law
- Elimination of discrimination against migrant workers and guarantee of freedom to change workplaces
- A protection system for undocumented migrant children and their families
- Expansion of support systems for migrant women affected by gender-based violence
- Support for the settlement and self-reliance of refugees
- An end to crackdowns and deportations, and legalization of undocumented migrants
