Migration to Asia Peace (MAP) and the Youth Ministry of the Seoul Presbytery Congregational Department are jointly running a Refugee Youth Cultural Mentoring program. Refugee young people living in Korea are paired with a Korean peer mentor of a similar age, and together they explore a range of cultural activities that might otherwise be hard to access. Participation is completely free, and all costs for cultural activities are fully covered.

- Dates: November 2024, February 2025
Who Can Apply (Mentee Eligibility)
You are welcome to apply if you meet all of the following conditions.
- Background: You or your family came to Korea as refugees
- Age: 13 to 18 years old (born 2006-2011)
- Location: Currently living in Seoul, Incheon, or Gyeonggi Province
- Requirements: Able to communicate in basic Korean, and able to get a parent or guardian’s consent to participate
What Is Provided
- Full coverage of all cultural activity costs
- No participation fee
