MIND RUN Festival is not just about running. It is a healing festival that takes care of both body and mind while giving strength to one another.
Instead of competing for records, participants run together, visit experience booths, and share the importance of mental health. Even if you don’t run, you can join by cheering or visiting the booths.
Sign-up was open to the first 30 applicants until September 4: application form.
Who is MHARK?
MHARK (Mental Health Alliance for Refugees in Korea) works with doctors and NGOs to support refugees’ mental health. MHARK covers the entry fee for refugees who join the run. Entry fee support is limited to 30 people.
